Regions modelled on Loi 199. Québec 2026 groups the province into the nine regions of Loi 199, a bill before the National Assembly. The MMP tab models the bill directly: 80 members elected in constituencies plus 49 allocated proportionally, 129 in all. It is not current law. The election of 5 October 2026 is being held under First-Past-the-Post in the 127 divisions, and the vote counts here are simulated.
